Class Descriptions


Flow

A good morning stretch for the body and soul! Start your day with a flow, tapping into slow movement to explore alignment and sensation.


Lunchtime Flow

Create some balance during your lunch break! This invigorating flow will help increase your productive and improve your focus while helping you to decompress and release tension. Need to get back to work? This class will be 50 minutes of flow with a linger, restorative time of rest at the end. Leave when you need to.


Bikyasa

A warm up to four flows that challenge your breath work and target the whole body. Music is utilized in this practice to add another challenge, while also giving the soul a jive. You’ll sweat! Class is heated to mid 90's.


Free Flo

An opportunity for guided intuitive dance. I will guide you through 5 fundamental concepts of Lo Flo. 


Hatha Flow

A nurturing hatha yoga that invites you into a deeper relationship with your one and only beautiful body. This all-level practice focuses on form, development of strength and integration of breath. Bring your own mat and props.


Hatha Slow Flow & Stretch

Each class will have a series of movements and poses with the breath, and also a grounded stretching series also with the breath culminating in a feeling of rejuvenation to each part of the body and mind.


Warm Flow

This flow class is characterized by stringing postures together so that you flow from one to another pairing breath to movement. Each class offers a variety of postures and no two classes are alike. All-levels welcome! Bringing a water, mat, and towel is recommended.


Hot Flow

This class is a movement based practice with a focus on alignment and flowing movement with breath. It is creatively sequenced and different most days. It is practiced in a hot room (95-100 degrees) heated by far-infrared heat which helps the body open and experience a deep release. We practice sun salutations, a variety of standing and balance postures, twists, and inversions with a brief closing relaxation. 


Ashtanga Primary Series

Ashtanga Primary Series is the foundational practice to all yoga styles. This structured class is a set sequence modified for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

This class is for you if you are seeking to:
- learn the foundations of yoga
- challenge the body and mind
- build discipline
- start (or return) to your practice
- improve your overall wellness
- create space for yourself

This class begins with sun salutations to heat up the body and prepare for complex standing postures, strength building balancing poses, and grounding seated work.


Energetic Flow & Meditation

Rediscover your body’s natural wisdom and rhythm, while stimulating and strengthening your internal systems through intentional movement, breathwork, mantras, and meditation. This class is inspired by a traditional Kundalini practice which includes select kriyas (Sanskrit for complete, intentional action). The class ends with an optional longer final relaxation. 


Chair Yoga

A gentle practice that incorporates the use of a chair for supported seated and standing postures. This 45 minute class focuses on improving balance, flexibility, and strength in a way that is accessible to all bodies and ability levels.


Fire Flow

This 60-minute vinyasa-inspired practice will get you moving at a powerful, active pace to stoke your inner fire. Ample opportunities will be provided for yogis of all levels to turn up the heat. The studio will be heated for this class.


Queer Yoga

This all-levels monthly class offers a welcoming and affirming space to practice yoga, specially designed with our LGBTQ+ community and allies in mind. Class will feature a variety of asana styles, including hatha, vinyasa, and yin, and both guided and self-guided meditation time. Participants of all experiences and backgrounds are welcome!


Acro Yoga Community Jam

Acro Yoga is a form of partner yoga that combines yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. It is an empowering, playful and therapeutic practice! This is a casual community jam, not a class. We will practice and learn together, building community and having fun. Anyone is welcome, no experience or partner necessary. Come play


Yin Yoga

Beginner friendly, prop-supported, seated and supine poses held for 3-5 minutes in order to bring deep stretch to muscles and connective tissues.


Lazy Flow

A warm soft flow meant to energize and calm the body every Sunday. The perfect practice to end and start your week.


Rocket

Rocket Yoga is fast-paced and has a dynamic flow. Its structure is similar to that of Ashtanga Yoga, consisting of Surya Namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, twists, and bends. In Rocket Yoga, students can modify and make their interpretation of the traditional asana. The temperature will be warm (85*) and suitable for all-levels with modifications offered. Beginners welcome!


Yoga for Athlete Series

This workshop series will focus on the benefits of yoga for athletes. Yoga not only strengthens the body, but aids in muscle recovery, mental focus, and improves flexibility to improve performance!


Sunset Flow

60-minute Sunday reset - a playful slow flow class to transition you from weekend to weekday.


Designed with all bodies and experiences in mind, this class offers participants challenge and effortless ease to inspire feelings of confidence and calm to meet the new week.


Spinal Floss

Spinal floss class begins by taking your back through the 5 directions of spinal movement to reset your nervous system, release habituated tension patterns, and build subtle awareness. Once your body is warmed up, we are then ready to dive into deeper practice with a body that is ready to work and explore new challenges including earth surfing, foot scooping, zipping the linea alba, and aligning on the axis.
